The Culinary Committee is in charge of dinners, tastings, cooking workshops, and other mycophagy-related events sponsored by the Society. It will maintain a collection of recommended recipes, and publish them on the Society website and newsletter. Together with the Scientific Committee, it develops designated safe-species white-lists and protocols to be followed for safely using wild mushrooms in culinary activities sponsored by the Society.
