Forager's Feast at Coppa Cafe - August 18, 2018
On August 18, 2018, the Coppa Cafe will be hosting an evening of fine dining featuring wild northern Arizona mushrooms. Chef Brian Konefal is a wild mushroom enthusiast and has participated in several Arizona Mushroom Events in the past, including holding previous mushroom-focused fine dining experiences.
Chef Brian is a master of his craft and continues to innovate new and amazing dishes and uses of our local edible mycoflora.
If you are interested, call the Coppa Cafe at (928) 637-6813 to set a reservation. Reservations for this event can only be made through the restaurant. There will be two seatings: an early bird seating at 5:00 PM and a later seating at 7:30 PM. The meal is expected to have a set menu with several different courses, each featuring different fungi. If you have dietary restrictions, please discuss this with Coppa Cafe when making your reservation.
The cost per person is expected to be $95 and will include a complimentary elderberry cocktail.
